2008 CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOR SOCIETY CONVENTION DENVER
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
From September 16 through September 20,
2008, Denver will host the Congressional Medal of Honor Society in
the Mile High City. While many of their events are private, there
will be several opportunities for the public to join us in honoring
these men during this historic event. Tuesday, Sept.

Tribute Concert
Pepsi Center.
Country music artist Carrie Underwood will be performing a
tribute concert for the Medal of Honor recipients. Tickets will
go on sale July 28 at 10:00 a.m. and we will have more
information and a link to purchase tickets once that information
is available.

Colorado Rockies Honor the
Recipients The Rockies will host the
Medal of Honor recipients and have many surprises for the crowd.
The game will be against the San Diego Padres and begins at 1:05
pm. You can purchase tickets

Thursday, Sept. 18
The recipients will be visiting
several area schools.

Autograph Session
The autograph session with recipients will be held from 2:00 –
4:00 pm. This will be a ticketed event, with a limited number of
entries available. Signing will be limited to the NY Times
best-selling book, Medal of Honor: Portraits of Valor Beyond the
Call of Duty, recipient-written books and a limited edition
convention poster. The Medal of Honor book will be available
onsite for purchase prior to the event. Please do not bring
memorabilia for the recipients to sign, only books and posters
will be allowed inside the venue.

Friday, Sept. 19
Patriot Award Gala
Tickets for the Patriot Award Gala, “A Celebration of Valor”,
to be held on Friday, September 19, are now on sale. Cost for
this event is $250 per person. You can purchase tickets at
